Please explain the difference. Also, why reprogram the game in any way shape or form when all it takes to amend this is for the new player to die a few times out there and start asking in town where he is supposed to go?

Being given a better chance at knowing Kryta exists in no way is related to making you better at playing the game. Since, your original post stated that that no amount of forced extra play would be certain to make someone a better player, it implied that our goal is to make new players better at the game. It is not. It is to give them a heads up that there are other options besides a Droknars run.
Simply knowing that there's another half of the map isn't going to make anyone a better player, and that's all we are trying to ensure new players will do.
Unfortunately, dieing a few times in Lornar's isn't neccessarily going to solve anything. If new players are told that Droknars is where you go from Beacons, and they fail to survive in Lornar's themselves, it follows logically for them that this is why everyone pays a professional runner to get there. Nothing more.

...eh, source? As far as I'm aware, the only thing remotely similar to level requirement on armor coming with factions is the Sentinel Armor. That has an attribute requirement, not a level requirement, and is completely irrelevant to this subject.

The whole point of the thread is that No, not everyone knows what Droknar's Forge is. Particularly people playing the game the first time through have no reason to know what Droknar's Forge is at that point in the game, and so a great deal of them don't.
We're advocating letting people play how they want to, but giving new players a chance to learn their options before being whisked off to Droknar's Forge and wondering why they suddenly suck at the game.

I agree on the learning part of new players. However, I think that ppl should be smart enough to know that paying money to a runner can't part of the storyline.

There is already a heads up that there are other options besides a droknars run, actually there are at least 2.
1. There are 2 portals from this outpost, 2.
2. if 1 isnt enough, there is even an npc that will give you a quest, complete with a big green star on your radar that points towards kryta.
At some point, you have stop holding their hand - if they are unaware of npcs and quests and what the green star on their radar means by this point in the game, no amount of micromanaging game mechanics will ever help them, in fact, it is probably best for these people to sell their computer altogether and stick to TV.

Except in every other town besides Beacon's you have an equal amount of mission, quest, trade, and run spam. In Beacon's Perch, all you have is Droks run spam across all channels.
If something is that prevalent that it takes up any and all conversation in a town, it's only natural that new players will assume that's what they need to be doing.
